Most ready-to-ship MatchPacks orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Bulk & Club Orders: -
Larger or wholesale orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3–7 business days, depending on order size and demand.

During busy periods (sales, promotions, or peak sports seasons), processing times may be slightly longer.
Delivery Timeframes -
Once dispatched, delivery within Australia generally takes 2–8 business days, depending on your location and courier.

We deliver to residential and business street addresses across Australia.

If a delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address, any re-delivery fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
Missed Deliveries & Returns -
If delivery is unsuccessful (e.g. no one available or incorrect address), the parcel may be returned to us.

Re-delivery can be arranged once any applicable courier fees have been paid.

All claims are assessed in line with courier policies. Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
