Refund Policy

At MatchPacks, we work hard to get your packs prepared, packed, and delivered quickly and safely. Please review the following shipping terms before placing your order.
 

Processing & Production Times

Processing Times
​Standard Products:

  • Most ready-to-ship MatchPacks orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days.

    Bulk & Club Orders:

  • Larger or wholesale orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3–7 business days, depending on order size and demand.

  • During busy periods (sales, promotions, or peak sports seasons), processing times may be slightly longer.

    Delivery Timeframes

  • Once dispatched, delivery within Australia generally takes 2–8 business days, depending on your location and courier.

  • Regional and remote areas may take longer

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed

    Courier Services

  • We use trusted third-party couriers to deliver orders across Australia.

  • Tracking details will be emailed once your order is dispatched

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear

    Delivery Delays

  • Once your order has been handed to the courier, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

    Delays caused by:

  • Weather events

  • Public holidays

  • Courier network issues

  • Regional delivery schedules

  • are outside of our control and are not grounds for refunds or cancellations.

    Delivery Address

  • We deliver to residential and business street addresses across Australia.

  • We do not deliver to PO Boxes, Locked Bags, or Parcel Lockers

  • Please double-check your shipping details at checkout

  • If a delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address, any re-delivery fees will be the responsibility of the customer.

    Missed Deliveries & Returns

  • If delivery is unsuccessful (e.g. no one available or incorrect address), the parcel may be returned to us.

  • Re-delivery can be arranged once any applicable courier fees have been paid.

  • Damaged or Lost Parcels

  • If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at: info@matchpacks.com

    All claims are assessed in line with courier policies. Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
