Bulk and club/wholesale options may be available from time to time, subject to minimum order quantities.

MatchPacks delivers across Australia. Shipping times are estimates only and may vary depending on location and demand.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control.

We want every pack to bring smiles! Returns or refunds are only accepted for:

Faulty or damaged goods
Incorrect items supplied

We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect orders placed by the customer.
